I really like the amount of repetition and I like how Leyla does things facing front, side, and back. Yeah!!!
I love that the first 2 combos (haven't watched the whole thing yet) involve ami's. I know how to do them but I rarely use them. (Not sure why). Now I get to really practice and use them.
One thing that I find helpful when people are describing ami's to me....is when people say 'clockwise' or 'counter-clockwise' as opposed to up, in, down, etc. For some reason, the latter description confuses me.
I can't wait to view the rest of the video and work with it some more.
