Have you ever felt as if you your dancing wasn't progressing as fast as you'd like? Like you were practicing the same moves and not getting anywhere?  Are you still favoring one hip over the other? You know the "lazy hip".

If you're feeling a bit frustrated, burned out, looking for new ways to put combinations together and get faster, more balanced hips then keep reading.    

I've created a special series of six videos for the beginning-intermediate, to intermediate dancer that will  not only give you new ways of combining sharp and soft moves, cure the lazy hip but maybe get your re-energized about your dancing.

This video series is comprised of six 7 to 12 minute lessons that will get delivered to you via email every couple of days. The videos series is progressive so each video builds on the other and presented in a way that is easy for both your body and your brain to absorb and understand.

Remember When You Were A Beginning Belly Dancer

When we first start Belly Dancing we're infatuated with everything. Almost like meeting a new lover. But after a period of  time your infatuation starts to wane and you may start to get bored or frustrated.

Often this is when many beginners kind of give it up.  

Some times all it takes to rediscover the joy and inspiration of the dance is as simple as learning something new, or different. A change in perspective can do marvelous things for attitude and rekindle commitment and motivation.

These combinations have been put together in a way that gives both your right and left sides a real workout and if you follow though with each video and practice, you'll be amazed at the balance and speed you'll begin to develop.

Some of these combinations have been put together in a way that you may not have ever seen before and when you combine some of these new moves with faster more balanced movement, well great  things can begin to emerge from our dancing.

A 50 minute, 6 video Mini-Curriculum  of personal favorite combinations for speed balance and options are some of my  personal favorite combinations.

Produced for the beginning-intermediate, to intermediate dancer. These combinations work in both sharp and soft on both the right and left sides to make your combinations more balanced; Balance is the key to speed.

These combinations will also give you a bit of a workout. In fact (though I don't make any claims) some dancers say they actually lose weight with these combinations.

As an extra, I've written down all the combinations which will be available to you to print and use to follow along with .

Many dances have told me that it helps them to have something written in their hand to follow along with. This way you don't have to remember and go "Now was it left, right? Or right left?"

I can't personally be there for you to show you these combinations face to face. If I could I would. The best I can do, short of being there is to share with you these personal favorite combinations and wish you the best.
