Our Menu Options Never Change
If there is one thing that I absolutely detest, is calling a company's support line and hearing these words; "Please listen carefully as our menu options have changed".
Yuck! Hearing that just makes me want to hang up. What is even worse is when this little rabbit hole of menu options goes on and on and on.
Well, having said that, this is something that will never, ever happen here. I mean hopefully we've put things together well enough such that everything works all the time exactly as planned and designed. However things don't always work that way and there are bound to be an issue, here or there, or questions to be answered.
If You Need Immediate Help
Phone Support
This is why we staff the phone M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The number is 505-349-5957. You won't ever get 20 layers of voice messaging and you're likely to always get a live person, probably the "Belly Dance Husband". He runs the office, so if you have a belly dance related question this is probably not your best option. But if you have an order question, or some other technical question, this where you can get your answers.
Website Support
If you can't call, or if your question isn't urgent, then you can use the "Live Person" help feature that is available on the top right of every web page. This program is sometimes staffed by me and sometimes staffed by the Belly Dance Husband. Next time you have a question, try it.
Email Support
You can always use the contact form to send us email. These message come to the Belly Dance Husband and forwards them to me if necessary. Typically these messages are responded to in no less then 24 hours.
Customers Only Support
Belly Dance husband has watched all my videos at least 2 or 3 times and one time he said "Belly Dancing Isn't Rocket Science. Rocket Science Is Easier". I don't know that I completely agree but I do agree that dancers should have a place to go after they buy a DVD, or video to get answers to their Belly Dancing questions.
New Blog With DVD Customers Support Area
For this reason we completely revamped the Hip Phylosophy Blog and included is a specific area just for DVD customers. Following any purchase dancers receive specific instructions about how to access this special area, ask a question, get an answer and subscribe so that they can benefit from answers to all questions.
